A HEART TOUCHING MUSICAL JOURNEY OF A TALENTED MUSIC POLICE OFFICER .



Jason Otieno aka ZionSlave RBF was born on 25th Nov 1982 in Emuhaya sub county Ekamanji village. ZionSlave was raised and brought up by Jairo Anyamba and Susan Anyamba who used to be strict and at times psychologically tourture him by hurling insults at him without concrete reasons and at times for taking care of his late dad who was once weakened by a deadly disease. As a day schooler, this talented musician could come from school and go to Ekima missionary hospital,several kilometers away to bath and wash clothes for his dad and sometimes spoon feed him as he was in a condition that was wanting.

These domestic problems made Zionslave to never enjoy his school time because of so many frustrations. Music started burning within Zion's soul long time ago.
"I used to love music though a rod could not be spared on me when found shaking not even my body parts but my head because it was considered that i could be (GANDA BONGO) a term they used to refer to a dander head." Narrated Zionslave.
Zionslave started writing music while in the National Youth Service (NYS) and singing in Ebenezer church of Mtongwe NYS. He composed many songs since 2004 to 2008, when He was discharged from NYS withouth recording even a single track due of lack of money.

While working at Southern Engineering Company as a casual labourer thats when Jason recorded his first music single,"The King". Though he recorded a lot of music singles,they never did well in the media because most of the producers never did good mastering.
"I was discouraged by both my producer and my mother who only took it as a waste of money.Opting from music was a hard nut to crack.Sincerely speaking, i get instant inspiration from the Almighty God despite other challenges such us being transferred from here to there. I don't get time to market my music at all." Said Zion.

Zion RBF is currently In Lamu Island as a law enforcer and doing music under producer Donnie of Islandlove records.
"My future dream is to guide, council and help the underground artists to grow their talents and go an extra notch to preach to my nation and the world about the Word of God.I have new music singles I will be releasing soon." Concluded Zion RBF.
